This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineer with a strong background in manufacturing, process improvement and problem-solving. You will provide technical support to production, resolve manufacturing issues and identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, efficiency and cost. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day engineering support to production. Investigate and resolve process, equipment and quality issues. Support continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing activities. Investigate non-conformances and customer complaints and implement corrective actions. Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions and process documentation. Support ECOs, MCDs and process changes. Work closely with Production, Quality, Supply Chain and Maintenance teams.
