As a Production Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance and maintenance of high-speed printing, inserting and ancillary production equipment used to deliver critical documents for customers. Key Responsibilities Set up, maintain and optimise production machinery in line with defined operating standards. Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) within agreed timescales and in accordance with health and safety requirements. Respond quickly and effectively to equipment breakdowns, carrying out fault diagnosis and repairs. Undertake hands-on analysis and structured problem solving to identify and resolve equipment issues. Support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the production environment. Maintain high standards of accuracy, reliability and equipment performance. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production and engineering targets.
