      <description>Location: Crewe | Salary: 30000.00-30000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Excellent opportunity for a skilled Production Engineer to join a highly successful Scientific Instrument Manufacturer within their fast-paced manufacturing team. You will be responsible for the assembly of electrical and electronic systems for high-tech scientific instrumentation, working from technical drawings and wiring diagrams to complete complex assemblies. Your work will include control cabinet assembly, cable making, terminal installation, crimping and soldering, alongside the refurbishment and upgrade of existing instrumentation. The ability to work meticulously with intricate electrical assemblies is key to this role. You will also undertake electrical fault finding and may have the opportunity to travel to customer sites in the UK and overseas to support servicing, repairs and upgrades. Candidates should have:  An electrical/electro-mechanical engineering background, gained through a relevant qualification and/or practical industry experience Significant assembly experience within a workshop or manufacturing environment Excellent soldering skills, including complex high-density connectors Experience in cable making, crimping and terminal installation The ability to read...</description>
