The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement across production processes, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency and manufacturability. Hours: 39 hours per week Salary:  Up to £55k DOE Day Shift: Monday to Thursday: 7:30am to 4:30pm, Friday: 8:00am to 1:00pm Key Responsibilities Create CNC programs using online and offline CAM software from customer drawings and CAD models. Program, set and prove 3, 4 and 5-axis CNC machining centres and mill-turn machines. Produce manufacturing process plans, routings and ERP data. Generate manufacturing documentation including tooling, fixtures, gauges and set-up sheets. Improve machining methods and CNC programs to increase quality and efficiency. Investigate manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions. Provide technical support to Quality and Inspection teams. Support engineering workload planning with the Engineering Manager.
