      <description>Location: Lymington | Salary: &amp;pound;45000 - &amp;pound;55000/annum | Type: Permanent | Production Engineer  Overview  We are seeking an experienced Production Engineer to support manufacturing operations by programming, setting and proving new products on a range of CNC machining centres and mill-turn machines. The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement across production processes, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency and manufacturability.   Hours:  39 hours per week   Salary:  Up to £55k DOE   Day Shift:   Monday to Thursday: 7:30am to 4:30pm, Friday: 8:00am to 1:00pm   Key Responsibilities   	 Create CNC programs using online and offline CAM software from customer drawings and CAD models. 	 Program, set and prove 3, 4 and 5-axis CNC machining centres and mill-turn machines. 	 Produce manufacturing process plans, routings and ERP data. 	 Generate manufacturing documentation including tooling, fixtures, gauges and set-up sheets. 	 Improve machining methods and CNC programs to increase quality and efficiency.
