This is a hands-on position combining CAD/CAM programming, multi-axis machining, new-product introduction and continuous improvement. You will take new components from customer drawings or 3D models through programming, proving and production, while providing technical support to the wider manufacturing operation. Key responsibilities Create CNC programs from customer drawings and 3D models using online and offline programming. Set and prove programs on 3, 4 and 5-axis machining centres and mill-turn equipment. Produce manufacturing process plans, routings, set-up sheets and supporting production documentation.
