Primary Objectives The main purpose of this role will be:Assist in the NPI process and to help oversee our manufacturing processesCarry out root cause analysis and maintain the 8D/RMA systemEnsure best practice and health and safety codes are followedIdentify problems in the production line, troubleshooting manufacturing issues and completing various administrative tasksThe main requirements as our Production Engineer accountabilities are:Leading and carrying out 8D/RMA activities while maintaining the 8D/RMA process within EngineeringDevelop operating instructions and equipment specifications for production activitiesImplement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standardsMonitoring the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient mannerDiagnosing problems in the production line, providing recommendations and training to eliminate any issuesLiaising with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs, and labour contentEstablishing safety procedures and protocols that take the workers'' ..... full job details .....
