Production Engineer

As Production Engineer, you will take ownership of customer orders from receipt through to a finished, quality product. Every schedule, every milestone, every arrears figure sits under your control, tracked with precision.

As a Production Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Manage and expedite assigned customer orders from receipt through to delivery of a finished, quality product
• Liaise directly with customers on delivery schedules and order status
• Maintain accurate sales and production records ahead of weekly reviews
• Prioritise and communicate production planning requirements to the Manufacturing Engineers
• Expedite workshops and suppliers on a routine, daily basis
• Attend and contribute to scheduled production meetings and reviews

As a Production Engineer, your experience will include:

• Experience in a manufacturing or production planning environment
• Familiarity working to AS9100 or similar quality management standards
• Confidence liaising directly with customers on schedules and delivery performance
• Comfortable managing multiple orders and priorities at once
• Strong administrative and reporting skills, ideally with Excel-based systems
• Experience within an aerospace or precision engineering environment would be an advantage
