Job Description Provide day-to-day engineering support to production operations, troubleshooting equipment and process issues while working closely with assemblers and operators. Lead continuous improvement projects focused on enhancing productivity, quality, labour efficiency, and throughput using Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles. Manage engineering changes, process validations, PFMEAs, and manufacturing documentation to ensure robust and controlled production processes. Support new product introductions by developing tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing methods that ensure efficient and scalable production. Compensation Full-time, permanent position working 39 hours per week . Standard hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 4:30pm, Friday 7:30am to 12:30pm.
