Engineering Design Coordinator SolidWorksPrecision Manufacturing IndustryLeicester LE8Up to £45k per annumAnnual Bonus, Holiday and Pension About the Role We are seeking a highly organised and technically minded Engineering Design Coordinator / Design Engineer with SolidWorks experience to join a precision manufacturing environment. This is a predominantly office-based engineering role, ideal for someone who enjoys managing a varied workload, working with technical drawings and tooling, and coordinating engineering requirements with external suppliers. You will use your engineering knowledge and SolidWorks skills to create and amend engineering drawings, design tooling and prepare technical information to send to suppliers for quotation. You will also manage engineering documentation, maintain accurate ERP/MRP information and ensure projects, enquiries and engineering requirements are progressed efficiently. The role would suit an organised engineering professional who enjoys the technical side of engineering but is equally comfortable with administration, documentation, supplier liaison and managing multiple priorities.
