Key Responsibilities Support the manufacture of complex mechanical and electrical assemblies. Act as the link between design engineering and production operations. Develop and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and quality controls. Lead and support New Product Introduction (NPI), ensuring designs are manufacturable and cost-effective. Drive process improvement initiatives to increase quality, efficiency, and throughput. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly and effectively. Specify and design tooling, fixtures, and test equipment to support assembly and testing operations. Coordinate and oversee the work of the Quality Engineer to maintain consistent production standards. Candidate Profile Essential: Degree (or equivalent experience) in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
