The Production Engineer Role: We are seeking an experienced Production Engineer to play a key role in supporting the manufacture and continuous improvement of high-performance audio products. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Production Engineer will contribute across a range of group audio reproduction brands, including Martin Audio, Optimal Audio, Linea Research, TiMax, and OutBoard Motor Control. The role focuses on the successful introduction of new products into production, the sustainment of current manufacturing processes, plus the implementation of design and process improvements that enhance efficiency, quality,and cost-effectiveness. The ideal candidate will bring strong 3D CAD skills, a solid understanding of design for manufacture and hands-on experience with various production methods including woodworking, metal fabrication and injection moulding.
