Production Engineer

Production Engineer Cheslyn Hay, Staffordshire £38,000-£43,000 plus excellent benefits 4-day week We are recruiting for a Production Engineer to join an established engineering business specialising in electrical control systems, control panels and automation solutions for a range of industrial applications. The business works closely with customers to design, manufacture and deliver bespoke electrical solutions, supporting projects from initial design and NPI through to production and final build. You will support the introduction of new products from initial prototype build and First Article Inspection through to production, providing the technical information required to deliver projects successfully. The Role Support New Product Introduction (NPI) from prototype build through to production Work closely with customer engineers to understand requirements and develop production-ready solutions Provide technical support and guidance to highly skilled electrical wiremen throughout the manufacturing process Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), wiring diagrams and production engineering documentation Support First Article Inspection / ISIR and customer acceptance activities Develop electrical designs and production information from customer requirements Ensure products are designed effectively for manufacture and identify opportunities for improvement Investigate and resolve production and engineering issues Support Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and ensure ..... full job details .....
