Role and Responsibilities:Design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes to maximise efficiency and qualityMonitor production performance and identify areas for improvementTroubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutionsCollaborate with design, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operationsDevelop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulationsSupport the introduction of new products into productionAnalyse data and prepare reports to support decision-makingProvide video analysis of best working practices, analysis that operators on the shop floor can follow and adhere too.Knowledge, Skills and Experience:Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field would be a bonus.Proven ..... full job details .....
