Lead and improve New Product Introduction (NPI) processes, working closely with Engineering to ensure designs are optimised for manufacture and test. Develop and implement effective manufacturing methods, production fixtures, test processes and detailed work instructions. Drive continuous improvement through Lean / Six Sigma principles, process optimisation and data-led performance improvements. Work closely with production teams, suppliers and subcontract manufacturers to resolve issues and improve manufacturing capability.
