Manually develop and update complex Bills of Materials (BOMs) and manage part data within the ERP system (Sage). Produce, interpret, and update high-quality technical documentation and maintenance instructions for internal and customer use. Manage and resolve technical queries from customers, ensuring solutions are robust and formally closed out. Conduct vehicle inspections, sign off technical packs, and lead tooling design reviews to drive production efficiency.
