Production Engineer

We''re looking for a Production Engineer to join our team and play a key role in the manufacture and assembly of advanced combustion systems.

This role offers the chance to work at the heart of our production operations, driving improvements, solving problems, and ensuring we deliver safe, high-quality products on time.

What you''ll be doing:

• Developing and optimising manufacturing processes for combustion equipment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with design engineers to ensure that new products are efficient to produce.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Playing an important role in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshooting production issues and driving corrective actions when needed.
• Monitoring and improving safety, quality, cost, and delivery performance.
• Coordinating production schedules and supporting installation/commissioning when required.
• Providing technical guidance and training to production teams.

What we''re looking for:

• Experience in production or manufacturing engineering, it would be desirable if this was within combustion, heating, or mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of welding, machining, and assembly techniques.
• Familiarity with combustion technologies or burner systems (highly desirable).
• Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
