      <description>Location: Accrington | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | CareerMakers Recruitment currently looking for Production Engineers to join our client based in Accrington, BB5 area.  Duties:    Support production with technical issues and problem solving.   Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement.   Create and update work instructions and production documentation.   Assist with the introduction of new products into production.   Investigate production faults and help implement corrective actions.   Work with Production, Quality, and Design teams to resolve manufacturing issues.   Ensure products meet customer, quality, and regulatory requirements.   Help improve production efficiency and reduce waste.   Support the maintenance and improvement of tooling, fixtures, and equipment.   Participate in continuous improvement activities.   Ensure compliance with company health and safety procedures.   Maintain accurate engineering and production records.   Assist with engineering changes and updates to manufacturing processes.   Provide technical support and guidance to production staff.
