We are recruiting on behalf of an established and expanding manufacturer seeking a Production Engineer to support production operations, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and enhance equipment reliability across the site. The Role As Production Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring machinery, equipment, and manufacturing processes operate efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with production teams, you will help maximise output, reduce downtime, and lead engineering improvement projects. Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements and support risk assessment activities. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve machine-related issues. Support production teams to maximise equipment performance, workflow, and operational efficiency. Lead engineering improvement projects and support the introduction of new products and processes.
