Production Engineer

Are you an experienced Production Engineer looking to join a manufacturing company based in Aston, Birmingham? You will have experience of working within a manufacturing environment. As a Production Engineer you will play a key part in minimising downtime, supporting continuous improvement, looking at route cause analysis, pushing important problems for review and ensuring a safe and efficient working environment. As a Production Engineer your role will involve: Develop and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce production costs. Work closely with suppliers and vendors to source materials and components Train and mentor production staff on new processes and techniques. Support Engineering technician Analyse data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and action accordingly. Plan and schedule production activities Conduct regular inspections and audits Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
