Position OverviewThe Global Production Director for Fever''s Scalable Experiences is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the production of multiple small-scale live experiences while contributing to creative development and concept validation. This role ensures each project aligns with the creative vision, operational standards, and strategic objectives, and supports expansion. Acting as a bridge between creative teams, regional production teams, and executive stakeholders, the Global Producer drives the successful delivery of innovative, scalable live experiences across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Development and Concept Validation: Provide input to ensure ideas are executable within budget and operational constraints; collaborate with creative teams to review and validate concepts for feasibility and brand alignment; balance artistic vision with logistics to deliver exceptional experiences; translate concepts into practical production implementation.

Operational and Budget Management: Manage budgets for financial efficiency without compromising quality; allocate resources with regional teams and external vendors; implement standardized processes to streamline workflows and scalability across regions.

Partner Selection: Contribute to production partner selection and due diligence; review scope of work and deliverables to ensure alignment with project needs and scalability; expand the network of trusted partners for new strategic scalable events.

Innovation and Scalability: Develop scalable production strategies for an expanding project portfolio; stay informed of industry trends to introduce innovative practices and technologies.

Project Leadership: Oversee planning and execution of multiple projects across regions; develop comprehensive project plans with timelines and budgets; mentor junior project managers and producers; clearly communicate expectations and milestones.

Quality Assurance: Establish and uphold creative and operational quality standards; conduct regular reviews; gather and analyze post-delivery feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Creative/Conceptual impact, timely delivery, budget adherence, scalability, quality metrics, operational efficiency, and alignment across global and regional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience: 8–10 years in live entertainment production with a focus on creative involvement.

Skills: Strong leadership, creative evaluation, and project management; ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Production, Fine Arts, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Knowledge: Familiarity with global live entertainment markets, regional nuances, and emerging industry trends.

Other: Availability to travel internationally as required.
