This is your chance to join an innovative and highly skilled team, working on bespoke vehicle restoration projects that blend heritage with modern engineering.
 
You'll play a key role in supporting daily operations, managing procurement and production schedules.
 
Your responsibilities as a Production Coordinator:
 

  • Support the team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks, ensuring smooth running of the business.
  • Manage procurement processes, sourcing and purchasing parts for vehicle restoration and workshop projects.
  • Liaise with suppliers, negotiating prices, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
  • Be the front-of-house host, professionally welcoming customers, suppliers and visitors to the business.
  • Oversee stock and inventory control, keeping accurate records of parts and workshop supplies.
  • Contribute to business improvements, identifying efficiencies to streamline processes and enhance operations.

 
Your current experience which will help you as a Production Coordinator:
 

  • Experience in an operations, procurement or production role, ideally within the automotive or engineering sector.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • A proactive, self-starting attitude, with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and work independently.
  • Passion for vehicles, engineering and craftsmanship, with a basic technical understanding of automotive components.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service.

 
What you can expect as a Production Coordinator:
 

  • Up to £40k salary, dependent on experience.
  • Company pension.
  • Holiday allowance: 28 days.
  • On-site in Northamptonshire.
