Up to £37kThink Selection is recruiting on behalf of a dynamic publishing company in central London, who are seeking a highly organised and proactive Production Controller.Our client is a successful international partworks publisher, producing bestselling collectable series in craft, model building and comics, in partnership with leading global licensors. As part of a major publishing group, their titles are published in the UK, US, Australia and other English-language markets.Responsibilities

Manage the full production process for your own range of titles, ensuring delivery to schedule and budget.Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers across the UK, Europe and the Far East, liaising with printers, finishers, forwarders and covermount suppliers to maintain high standards and smooth delivery throughout the production cycle.Contribute to new launches and maintain long-running titles in a business that values quality, creativity and teamwork.Qualifications

Proven experience in a print production role — ideally within publishing or a related industry.Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.Confidence using Excel.Familiarity with Sage or similar systems would be a plus.Benefits
