We are currently recruiting for a Production Controller (Machining) within our busy Production department. Key Tasks Working with the Operations Management team to control the subcontract machining -process. Overseeing deadlines and ensuring work is effectively prioritised. Meeting regularly with management to discuss performance and workloads. Planning ahead to ensure adequate resources are available in order to maintain standards and deadlines. Handling production schedules / timelines and overseeing the work to list. Desirable Criteria Machining knowledge advantageous. Understanding of technical drawings and tolerances. Eager to develop new skills. Good communicator and ability to motivate. Experience of working in a factory environment.
