Production Controller in the Canterbury area

Both day and night shift available!!

Shifts: 4 on / 4 off (days 6am-6pm & nights 6pm-6am)

Are you organised, hands-on, and ready to lead a small team? We''re looking for a Production Controller to keep things running smoothly on the production floor.

What you''ll do:

• Lead a team of stock movers, operatives, and line leaders.

• Make sure all materials and stock are in the right place at the right time.

• Keep accurate records of all stock movements.

• Work with the admin team to meet customer orders.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised production area.

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

What we''re looking for:

• Good maths and English skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Organised and able to plan ahead.

• Able to lead and motivate a team.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
