The primary responsibility is to accurately weigh and prepare synthetic and natural aroma chemicals, oils, and powdered substances in accordance with specified formulations. This must be carried out following company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Health & Safety regulations. The Production Compounder will collaborate within a team to ensure products meet the required quality standards while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient working environment. Key Responsibilities Verify tank and container labels against production documentation to ensure accuracy. Precisely weigh and compound raw materials as per formulations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of equipment and work areas at all times. Adhere to FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures when handling raw materials. Assist with combining completed batches and verify weights prior to packing. Complete handover documentation for any unfinished tasks.
