Production CompounderJob PurposeThis role will initially operate during day shifts (08 00), Monday to Friday, before transitioning to night shifts (22 00) after a few months.The primary responsibility is to accurately weigh and prepare synthetic and natural aroma chemicals, oils, and powdered substances in accordance with specified formulations. This must be carried out following company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Health and Safety regulations. The Production Compounder will collaborate within a team to ensure products meet the required quality standards while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.Key Responsibilities Verify tank and container labels against production documentation to ensure accuracy.Precisely weigh and compound raw materials as per formulations.Maintain cleanliness and organisation of equipment and work areas at all times.Adhere to FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures when handling raw materials.Assist with combining completed batches and verify weights prior to packing.Complete handover documentation for any unfinished tasks.Promptly report any errors, spills, defects, or health and safety concerns.Uphold high standards of health, safety, hygiene, and housekeeping.Collaborate effectively with colleagues and communicate clearly with other departments.Support stock handling, material movements, and general production duties as required.Contribute to achieving production targets and maintaining quality standards.Perform ..... full job details .....
