Production Co-ordinator Sheffield (On site) Salary: 25k to 27k About the Company Shillito Group are supporting a well established and growing engineering and manufacturing group based in Sheffield, operating at the heart of the UK''s steel industry. Due to continued investment and growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Production Co-ordinator to join their busy and collaborative team. The Role This is a varied position, supporting the coordination and progress of production orders from start to finish. You will play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly and customer delivery expectations are met. Key Responsibilities Expedite orders and provide regular progress updatesProcess, administer, and track jobs using internal systemsSupport the Operations team with customer updates and reportingLiaise with subcontractors to track materials and resolve queriesWork closely with office and shop floor teams to meet delivery deadlinesMaintain accurate records and documentationAssist with additional administrative and coordination tasks as required Requirements Previous experience in production coordination, administration, or a similar roleStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalGood attention to detail and accuracyAnalytical thinking and problem solving abilityAbility to follow processes and work in a structured environmentBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) What''s on Offer Opportunity to ..... full job details .....
