As a Production Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our catering and goods arrive with our airline customers on time in line with various scheduling requirements. Collect, scan, file, and maintain waste documentation records. Complete daily due diligence checks and compliance reviews. Maintain employee hours and attendance records within Workday. Monitor production paperwork and specification compliance. Maintain and update specifications, paperwork in C base, tablets Maintain training records and training matrix. Conduct in-house training sessions. Update personnel files and employee records. Prepare and support documentation for internal and external audits. ..... full job details .....
