Your responsibilities as a Skilled Production Butcher

• Carry out boning, trimming, and general butchery to a high standard
• Work accurately to detailed client specifications
• Process high daily volumes while maintaining consistency and quality
• Demonstrate knowledge of carcass breakdown and muscle groups
• Work collaboratively with the wider production team
• Maintain hygiene, food safety, and operational standards

 

What we’re looking for in a Skilled Production Butcher

• Strong butchery fundamentals including knife skills, boning, and trimming
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of carcass structure and meat cuts
• Background in production or high-volume butchery environments including boning halls or meat processing facilities
