We are looking for a Production Operative who possesses previous experience working within a fast-paced packing environment. Packing products efficiently and accurately ready for dispatchInspect products for defects, damages, or discrepancies before packaging.Complete relevant paperwork to company standardsFollow company Health and Safety procedures ensuring that these are always adhered to.Work efficiently to meet daily production goals and time lines while maintaining attention to detail.Palletise boxes to quality standards.Identify and communicate any issues or challenges related to the packing process, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.We would expect the successful Production Operative to possess previous experience in a similar role be an excellent communicator and a real team player who enjoys being part of a busy team. You will be supported one to one to become familiar with the company processes and procedures.
