The Role Contract Details: Working Pattern 10pm to 6am-Monday-Friday 12 Month Fixed Term Contract Salary - £15.25 ph plus 30% shift enhancement Initial training will be alongside the day shifts and paid at the standard rate The Role: You will be working as part of a small production team in the production of Spatone products. As acting team leader, you will assume responsibility for the management of the production team, ensuring the team continues to perform efficiently in the absence of the Team Leader and continue to always perform as a leader within the group.
