Production Assistant Location:WitneyPay Rate: 15.29 per hourShift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (07:00am - 07:00pm)We are seeking a dedicated Production Assistant to join a leading global healthcare company in Witney. In this role, you will be a vital part of a team manufacturing essential medical diagnostic products in a fast-paced environment.The RoleAs a key member of the production team, you will ensure the manufacturing process runs smoothly and efficiently. Your daily responsibilities will include:Machine Operation: Setting up and operating production machinery strictly according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Quality Assurance: Monitoring processes to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality systems, and regulatory requirements.Documentation: Maintaining accurate records, including data entry into batch records and producing reports with clear, legible handwriting.Collaboration: Working closely with your immediate team and other departments to maintain workflow efficiency.What We Are Looking ForTo succeed in this position, you should be a team-oriented individual with strong organizational skills.
