Production Assistant - RedhillFound Industrial are currently recruiting for Production Assistants to join our client based in Redhill. This is a hands on role within a busy manufacturing environment, offering full training and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.The Role:This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position working on a rotating shift pattern (05:00 - 12:30 and 12:30 - 20:00, alternating weekly).You''ll be working as part of a team on the factory floor, following instructions from supervisors and contributing to daily production targets. The role involves a mix of hands-on tasks including operating basic machinery (full training provided), using small hand tools and carrying out quality checks.It''s a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is important and you''ll be expected to maintain high standards of health and safety at all times.
