Production Assistant (Days) AltonLocation: Alton, Hampshire (GU34) Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:45am 2:15pm Salary: £29,(Apply online only) £31,(Apply online only) per annumWe are seeking a reliable and hard-working Production Assistant to join our busy day-shift production team based in Alton, Hampshire. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, offering an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy practical work, thrive in a team setting, and are eager to learn and develop new skills.Key Responsibilities Assist with the assembly and production of skipsHelp unload laser-cut components and materialsSupport press braking and handle larger componentsAssist the paint team with loading and unloading the paint lineMove and stack materials and finished productsSupport general yard and factory activitiesOperate forklifts and cranes when trained and requiredWork closely with the wider production team to achieve daily output targets What We Are Looking For A positive, reliable, and punctual individualAbility to work effectively as part of a team in a busy production environmentWillingness to learn new skills and take initiativePhysical fitness and comfort with hands-on tasks throughout the shiftPrevious manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential attitude and reliability are equally important If you are seeking a stable, hands-on role within a friendly and supportive production team, we encourage you to apply today.
