Monday to Friday | 2:00pm - 10:00pm

Adecco Worcester is recruiting for a Production/Materials Assistant to join a well-established and reputable manufacturing company based in Evesham.

This is an immediate-start temporary assignment for a minimum of 2 months, with the possibility of extension and the opportunity to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.

Working within the Finishing Department, you will play a key role in supporting the safe and efficient running of production operations.

Duties will include:

• Moving materials to and from production lines
• Packing finished products
• Measuring and removing waste materials
• Assisting with machine changeovers
• Supporting machine operators to achieve production targets
• Providing cover and assistance across the department as required
• Developing machine operating skills through on-the-job training

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse or similar experience
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence with manual handling tasks
• A willingness to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities
• A reliable and flexible approach to work

Forklift experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
