Production Assistant

Position: Production Assistant Contract Type: Temporary (full time)Shift Pattern: 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am (on a rota basis)Pay: 14.94 per hour + Holiday Pay + Benefits Location: Loughton, Essex Own transport is highly recommended due to location and working hours Adecco Romford and London East are looking for proactive and detail-focused Production Assistants to support key stages of our client''s manufacturing and finishing processes in a busy team. Key Responsibilities:Assist in the daily operations of the production line, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are metOperate and support machines, including cleaning, packing and labelling outputExamine, sort, band and package items in line with customer specificationsSupport the team in preparing materials and equipment for production runsMaintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to safety protocols at all timesCollaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlinesPerform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specificationsRequirements:Strong communication and teamwork skillsConfident using basic computer systems and completing documentationPrevious manufacturing experience is advantageousAdditional Information:6am-6pm and 6pm-6am shifts - 24/5 pattern: 5 day shifts (one day off), 5 night shifts (4 days off) - no weekends (unless overtime agreed)Subject to pre-employment screening and background checks If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy hands-on work, this could be ..... full job details .....
