Job Title: Production Operator Location: Dunfermline area Type: Full-time Permanent 4 day week Department: Production Role OverviewWe''re looking for a Production Operator to carry out functional testing of in-house manufactured PCBAs and electronic assemblies. This role is critical to ensuring product quality and reliability before final delivery.Key Responsibilities Perform functional tests on PCB and high-level assemblies Follow test procedures and work instructions Meet quality and output targets Report faults and support continuous improvementWhat You''ll Need Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures Previous test or production experience preferred Familiarity with electronic test equipment is an advantage Commitment to safety, quality, and teamworkIPC training would be highly advantageous This is a hands on role within a quality focused, ISO-certified manufacturing environment.
