Production Assembler - Poole, Dorset Hours: 37.5 per week6 months contract 15-18ph We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Assembler to join our team in Poole. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on assembly experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, structured environment.Key Responsibilities:Assemble fabricated parts at designated floor stations using hand and power tools.Test and calibrate parts and mechanisms to ensure they meet tolerances and product specifications.Identify and repair units that fail tests or do not meet tolerance levels.Follow established instructions, guidelines, and safety procedures to perform all tasks efficiently.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in assembly or a related production environment is preferred.Ability to follow instructions and work under immediate supervision.Knowledge of common assembly tools and procedures.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Desirable:Completion of an apprenticeship or formal training in a related field.Proven capabilities in assembly, calibration, or production testing.
