Production Assembler

Production Assembler Chippenham, Wiltshire 13.95 per hour 37 Hours Per Week Day Shift Initial 6-Month Contract (Potential for Extension) We are currently recruiting for a Production Assembler to join a successful manufacturing company based in Chippenham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, warehouse or factory environments who is looking to join a stable and growing business. The position is initially offered on a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension depending on workload and business requirements. The Role Working as part of a friendly production team, you will be responsible for assembling products and components while ensuring quality standards are maintained. Typical duties will include: Assembling products and components to defined standards Following work instructions and assembly guides Using hand tools and basic production equipment Carrying out visual quality inspections Packing and preparing finished products for dispatch Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area Supporting the wider production team to achieve daily targets Full training will be provided where required. About You Previous manufacturing experience is preferred, although candidates from a range of production and assembly backgrounds will be considered.
