Production and Warehouse Operatives - Royal Mint

Stafforce are currently recruiting Temporary Production and Warehouse Operatives to work at The Royal Mint in Llantrisant. Contract Duration: Mid-September 2026 to April 2027 Pay and Shifts 12.71 per hour Current Shift Pattern: Day Shift: 6:00am to 2:00pm During peak production periods, shifts are expected to move to: Days: 6:00am to 2:00pm Afternoons: 2:00pm to 10:00pm Additional Benefits: 16% shift allowance when working rotating Days and Afternoons Key Responsibilities Wrapping and packing bespoke products to the highest standards Ensuring the correct storage, labelling, segregation, and safe handling of materials Transporting goods throughout different areas of the factory Preparing products for dispatch and completing associated paperwork Maintaining quality standards and achieving production targets Skills and Experience Required Previous experience within a production, manufacturing, warehouse, or similar environment Evidence of working shifts is desirable Good numeracy, literacy, dexterity, and basic IT skills Flexibility to work different shifts when required Must be aged 18 or over Must be able to successfully pass a DBS check Benefits Full training provided Opportunity to learn specialist manufacturing and production skills Work within a dynamic and innovative environment Casual dress Free ..... full job details .....
