Production and Quality Manager Location: Gloucester Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00am-4:30pm Salary: £65,000 + Benefits We are seeking an experienced Production and Quality Manager to lead production quality control and testing operations across our pump manufacturing facilities. This role is responsible for ensuring full compliance with ISO 9001 and LPCB certification requirements. You will oversee quality, inspection, testing, and release of products. Key Responsibilities Lead production quality control in line with ISO 9001 standardsEnsure LPCB compliance Manage and develop the Test DepartmentOversee incoming, in-process, and final inspectionsMaintain full traceability and audit-ready documentationControl non-conformance and lead root cause investigationsEnsure 100% calibration compliance of test and measurement equipmentSupport internal and external audits About You Degree / HNC / HND in Mechanical or Manufacturing EngineeringExperience in ISO 9001 manufacturing environmentsStrong knowledge of quality control, calibration systems, and root cause analysisProven team leadership experienceEngineering experience preferred Success Will Be Measured By Successful ISO 9001 and LPCB auditsImproved first-time test pass ratesReduction in non-conformances and reworkHigh product reliability and reduced customer complaints ..... full job details .....
