This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who is passionate about driving production performance, maintaining the highest quality standards, and developing high-performing teams.Working on a permanent days shift, you will take responsibility for overseeing production operations while ensuring all quality, safety and compliance standards are consistently achieved. You will also be responsible for managing and maintaining the company''s ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ensuring compliance and driving continual improvement across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the day-to-day production operation.Manage, maintain and continuously improve the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.Ensure the business remains compliant with ISO 9001 standards and lead internal and external audits.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste and improve product quality.Ensure all products meet customer specifications and quality standards.Manage and develop production and quality teams.Monitor KPIs and implement actions to improve operational performance.Maintain compliance with health and safety, quality and company procedures.Investigate quality issues, conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventative actions ..... full job details .....
