Production and Manufacturing Operator

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Production Machine Operator to join our client''s manufacturing team. This hands-on role is responsible for operating and monitoring machinery used in the production of plastic products, ensuring all products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will play a key part in the production process, from preparing raw materials and operating equipment to carrying out quality checks and packaging finished goods. Key Responsibilities Weigh and mix raw materials. Feed materials into production machinery. Adjust machine settings and monitor production processes. Carry out quality checks and trim finished products where required. Clean machinery and perform basic maintenance. Record material usage and production output. Label, stack, and pack finished products. Follow production schedules and company procedures. What We''re Looking For Essential: Ability to follow instructions and production schedules.
