Production and Maintenance Operative Location: Ashbourne, Derbyshire Salary: £35,492.60 per annum + Performance Bonus up to £7,094 Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week Job Type: Permanent About the Role We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Production and Maintenance Operative to join a growing manufacturing team. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor a range of manufacturing and production equipment. Carry out daily production duties, including loading, dispatch, labelling, and housekeeping. Perform basic maintenance tasks and assist with equipment repairs. Complete production records and operational reports accurately. Identify and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. Follow all health, safety, and quality procedures to maintain high workplace standards. Support team members to achieve production targets and business objectives. About You The successful candidate will have: Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, engineering, or industrial environment. A practical, hands-on approach to work.
