Production and Machine Operatives WantedDue to increased production and workload, we require additional full-time temporary to permanent production and or factory machine operatives, with any food production / food handling, factory, or machine operating experience, to work rotating shift patterns Monday to Friday, 40-Hours Per Week.You must have a car or mode of transport to get to and from work (no bus or train services available)!Weekly / Fortnightly / Monthly Rotating Shift Patterns:Day Shift - 06:00am till 14:15pm / Afternoon Shift - 14:00pm till 22:15pm.Hourly Pay Rates:Probation Period Shifts (up to 12-weeks) £12.90 per hour.Rotating Shifts £13.03 per hour (no matter what shift is worked).If successful at interview you will complete a 12-week probation period to experience the job and to collaborate with the team. If you are reliable and successfully complete all duties required in the morning and afternoon shifts, you will move onto a full-time permanent position, which offer a pay review and career development plan, if it has not already been discussed.Due to the rural location, you must have a car, or motorbike to commute to work each day as there are no bus or train services.
