Manufacturing Engineer - Continuous ImprovementLocation: Sheffield S13Salary: £42,000 - £48,000 per annumJob Type: Full-time PermanentAnna Maher Recruitment is delighted to be working with a well-established Sheffield-based manufacturing business to recruit an experienced Manufacturing Engineer - Continuous Improvement.This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineer with experience in precision engineering, CNC machining, manufacturing processes or production improvement who is looking to join a business where they can make a real impact.Working closely with the Operations Manager and production team, you will play a key role in improving manufacturing processes, supporting new product introduction and delivering continuous improvement projects across the business.The RoleAs Manufacturing Engineer, you will provide technical support to the production environment while identifying and implementing improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste and improve manufacturing performance.You will work across a varied manufacturing environment, supporting processes including CNC machining, grinding, laser profiling, EDM, heat treatment and specialist production operations.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport New Product Introduction (NPI) and the introduction of new manufacturing processes.Improve existing production methods to increase efficiency, quality and repeatability.Provide hands-on technical support to operators and production teams.Investigate manufacturing issues and ..... full job details .....
