This data will drive continuous improvement, optimise material usage, and ensure ERP system accuracy, ultimately maximising factory efficiency and cost-effectiveness. ACCOUNTABILITIES: Maintenance of ERP system including product set up. Closing down works orders and tracking production orders through the process, to ensure real time usage data is captured. Analysis of production data resulting in actions to improve results. Support the teams by producing, maintaining and updating data capturing systems (Excel and ERP). Provide daily and weekly information on Operational efficiencies and KPIs. Working closely with key stakeholders to ensure accurate live data is captured and maintained across relevant areas (i.e. Production, Supply Chain, Technical) Support the improvement of data entry accuracy on all operational software.
