About youYou are the kind of person who just gets things done.You are not precious about job titles. You are as happy running a printer as you are finishing, prepping or jumping in wherever needed to keep things moving.You take pride in output. Clean prints, accurate colours, tidy finishing. You notice the details and you care about them.If you like variety and being part of a small, busy production team where no two days look exactly the same, this will suit you.Your experienceYou have experience in print production, ideally within large format, signage, branding or display.You have operated large format printers, whether that is UV, latex or solvent, and you understand different substrates such as vinyl, boards, fabrics and specialist materials.You are comfortable with RIP software, file checks and basic colour management.You have experience with finishing. Cutting, laminating, mounting or prepping graphics for install.You are hands on, practical and happy working across different parts of production rather than being tied to one machine.What you will be doing with your experience in this roleYou will be part of the production team, running large format print jobs day to day.You will prepare files for print, check artwork and ensure everything is set correctly before production starts.You will operate printers, monitor output and maintain quality throughout each run.You will support finishing, including trimming, laminating and preparing graphics ready for dispatch or ..... full job details .....
