This is a coordination and administration role supporting maintenance and production. You ll work from the production and maintenance office, producing reports, managing information and budgets, coordinating jobs and taking part in daily meetings with supervisors and management. You won t spend all day behind a desk either. Around 20% of your time will be spent in the factory and yard, speaking to people, checking progress and getting the information you need. What will you be doing? Attend daily meetings with supervisors and management, take notes, track actions and contribute information from your area. Produce reports, graphs and spreadsheets covering maintenance costs, equipment performance, oil and diesel consumption, energy usage and operational performance.
