The Job To provide proactive administrative support to a busy production department. To be able to assist customers with their queries, stock enquiries, orders and deliveries remaining courteous and efficient at all times. To raise job packs – Use of ERP database to raise job packs and all associated paperwork for both seat cover and curtain departments. To accurately raise purchase orders – Controlling of stock and raising of purchase orders via in-house systems under the direction of the Production Manager. To accurately dispatch all seat covers and curtains, liaising with stores to ensure all orders are dispatched on time.
